Description

Warner Bros. TV Distribution Inc. seeks a Program Inventory Intern (Summer 2009) for the Domestic TV Distribution Cable Sales Planning & Inventory department. Position will compile data from internal digital rights reports and create an excel document containing information on 5,000 plus titles. Proof and update synopsis to reflect current or most recent with which our talent is associated. New Line – Additional reconciliation of license periods, synopsis, and channels. Create a data base on an “episode” level containing approx. 20,000 episodes of Warner Bros. series. Create books and spreadsheets to organize rights clearances on all product for internet streaming and downloading. Perform special projects and other related tasks as required.

Requirements

College or trade school student working on BS/BA degree in Film/TV, Business, Research, Communications, Computer technology or related field required. Proficiency with Internet, MS Excel, and Word required. Access preferred. Preferred, but not required. Must have ability to communicate effectively & tactfully with managers & other levels of personnel. Must have ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written & oral instructions. Must have ability to organize & schedule work effectively. Must have ability to work well under time constraints. Must be able to handle multiple tasks. Must possess a professional mannerism.
